Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using balillamaevents.com or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Bali Llama Event Rentals provides furniture and decor rental, styling, delivery, and event coordination services within Mississippi and surrounding states. All rentals are subject to availability and a signed rental agreement.

3. Booking & Payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event. We accept credit cards, ACH transfers, and certified checks.

4. Cancellations & Changes

Deposits are non-refundable. One date change is permitted at no additional cost if requested 60+ days before the event. Cancellations within 14 days forfeit the full balance.

5. Damages & Liability

Normal wear is included. Significant damage, loss, or theft is billed at fair market replacement value. The client is responsible for all rented items from delivery until pickup. We recommend event insurance.

6. Permits & Venue Compliance

Clients are responsible for securing all permits, venue approvals, and electrical/safety compliance required at the event location.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, images, logos, and styling concepts are the property of Bali Llama Event Rentals and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the rental in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in Stone County, Mississippi courts.
